SMS / Text Messaging Disclosure
The Association may use SMS text messaging to communicate with homeowners, residents, and tenants for community-related purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. The Association does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further marketing or informational SMS messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
