Windmill Lakes features two full-size tennis courts with hard-surface playing areas, surrounding fence, and lighting for evening play. The courts are shared across all five phases and are maintained by the Master HOA year-round.

Court Rules & Guidelines
Please follow these guidelines to ensure a great experience for all residents.
- Courts available to all Windmill Lakes residents. No reservation required.
- Court use is first-come, first-served during open hours
- Maximum 1 hour per session when others are waiting
- Proper tennis attire and non-marking court shoes required
- No food or glass beverages on the court surface
- Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times
- Please pick up all balls and equipment after play
